We cater to all our customers’ financial goals and needs based on cash or finance options. Financing can be based on minimum payments or no minimum payments and terms that are comfortable for you. Our financing partner is GreenSky, a loan program that offers loans to qualified borrowers for personal, family, or household use only.

The initial appointment is a home assessment with a roofing specialist who will provide an estimate. Utilizing the very user-friendly GreenSky app, we use the price estimator right there on the spot. This is when you will receive more information on a promotional period offer with no interest if paid in full, or the budget-friendly plan with lower monthly payments. If choosing the financing option, we then schedule a follow up appointment to apply and discuss further. Pre-approval for the financing option typically can be granted in minutes. The paperwork can either take place over the phone or in person, depending on what you are comfortable with. We can also assist with the paperwork at your initial assessment.

If approved, you will receive a digital card in your email, referred to by GreenSky as a “shopping pass.” The Roofing Doctor doesn’t have access to this card and the homeowner is in total control. Your approval is required before any payments can be processed. Once we’ve started the project, we will send you a payment authorization request for 20% of the project cost, processed like a normal credit card transaction with the rest of the cost due at the end of the project depending on your financing plan. Do note that financing is subject to qualifying credit approval and monthly payments are based on your credit score and how much is needed for financing.
